GINGERBREAD EXPO
After a literary exploration of gingerbread stories, including the 'Gingerbread Baby' by Jan Brett, students were presented with a challenge: build a gingerbread house to hide the gingerbread baby in order to protect him from being eaten by the townspeople. Students worked in teams, collaborating with one another in order to solve this challenge! Finally, students presented their work to first graders!
